Who we are

Scrub Bros (“we”, “us”) is a family-owned cleaning contractor in San Jose, California, and operates scrubbros.com. This policy explains what we collect through the website, how we use it and the choices you have. Questions: call (669) 331-4434 or email helloscrubros@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect what you enter: your name and phone number, and optionally your email address, your city or ZIP code, the service you are interested in and any message. The form also records the page you sent it from and, when present, the campaign details in the page address (for example utm_source) so we know how you found us. If you call or email us, we receive the details you share.

How the form works

Quote requests are processed by our lead management provider (leads.adsoptia.com), which stores your request and emails it to us using Amazon Simple Email Service. If you give an email address you may receive an automatic confirmation. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out automated spam, which may process technical information about your browser and device.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, book an inspection, prepare a quote, carry out and document agreed work, and keep records of our communication with you. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies’ marketing. We share it only with the service providers that run the website and the form for us, or when the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages are viewed and whether a quote request was sent. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives information such as your IP address and browser details. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or by blocking cookies in your browser. Our web host and the form’s spam protection may also keep technical logs needed to operate securely.

Retention and security

We keep request records for as long as they are useful to respond to you and to keep business records, then delete them. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your California privacy rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us not to sell or share it (we do not). To make a request, call (669) 331-4434 or email helloscrubros@gmail.com. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
