Power wash or soft wash?
Using the wrong one is how surfaces get damaged. Pressure strong enough to clean concrete can strip paint, push water behind siding or wash grout out of brick. We choose the method for each surface before we start.

Yes. We come out, look at what needs cleaning and give you an itemized quote. There is no charge and no obligation.
What is the difference between power washing and soft washing?
Power washing uses high-pressure water (about 1,300–2,800 PSI) and suits hard surfaces like concrete, stone and pavers. Soft washing uses low pressure (about 150–300 PSI) with a cleaning solution, and suits siding, roofs, painted surfaces and anything that pressure could damage.
Are your cleaning products safe for pets and plants?
We use green cleaning products for soft washing that are safe for your family, pets and plants.

Do I need to be home?
For the inspection, it helps if someone is there to show us around. For exterior work we just need access to the areas being cleaned. We will talk through the details when we book.
